ABOUT ME

My name is Grigory Loginov—welcome to my page! I am a licensed counsellor based in Geneva, Switzerland, where I have been living for the past 12 years. I work in private practice, helping clients address a variety of challenges they may be facing.

I use an integrative approach to counselling, combining person-centered therapy, psychodynamic techniques, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) in our sessions.

As a lifelong learner, I stay up-to-date with the latest psychological theories, practices, and empirical findings.

In our sessions, I provide counselling, incorporate practical exercises, assign homework (when appropriate), and offer psychoeducation on relevant topics to enhance understanding and personal growth.
